What is Solidarity Civil Guards?

Since 2003 Civil Guards have been demonstrating their solidarity with those most in need, some of them have traveled to distant countries to transport food, clothing or medical supplies. AGCS has brought together some of them to found this non-profit organization and thus provide continuity and response wherever they are needed and work in a more coordinated manner.

AGCS was founded and constituted on September 7, 2014 and has all the necessary legal documents to carry out its activity, among other purposes, those of collaborating and assisting public and private entities that may need humanitarian aid, stimulating the citizen participation and that of companies in solidarity cooperation, and the help and helplessness of the Civil Guards and their direct relatives when they are not covered by medical or other insurance.

AGCS is directed and founded by four Civil Guards with extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, they have traveled to Kosovo, Haiti, the Philippines, Nepal, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Ukraine and in different areas of Spain, and in other campaigns aimed at both civilian children, children of colleagues, AECC and a long etc, these Civil Guards have been capable of transporting large amounts of humanitarian aid and basic needs to places where danger, mafias and risk have endangered their own physical integrity, Solely with the objective of reaching where others have not been able to, they also collaborate with other organizations with the same purposes, through Alliances.

AGCS is a solidarity and altruistic organization, none of its participants charge any amount for carrying out their work, it is also included in the CSR of the General Directorate of the Civil Guard and has been registered since July 2017 in the Register of International Cooperation Agents for Development in Andalusia with the number 0385, as well as in the AECID with the number 2946
